• User Role (Resident / Guard / Administrator)

For visitor management purposes:

• Visitor Name
• Visitor Phone Number
• Purpose of Visit
• Vehicle Number (if provided)
• Visitor Photograph (if captured)
• Entry and Exit Date & Time Records

C. Device & Technical Information

To maintain performance and security:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version
• Firebase authentication data
• Crash logs and diagnostics
• App usage data

The application may request the following permissions:

• Internet access (for database and authentication services)
• Camera access (for visitor photo capture)
• Notification permissions (for alerts and approvals)
• Media access (if required for image uploads)

Permissions are used strictly for app functionality and not for unrelated purposes.

Data may be deleted upon valid request or account removal.

Note: Account deletion requests must be made through the Society Administrator or by contacting us.

Tokko Society is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
