Tokko Society provides subscription-based software services for residential societies. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation will not result in a refund for the remaining subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
  • In case of duplicate payment or failed service delivery, users can contact support within 24 hours. After verification, eligible refunds (if any) will be processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
